Our Sessions
Monday: Intervals
Location: Bandstand in front of the Co-op in Wadebridge Town Centre.
Time: 18:30
About: Intervals is a single group session, where the coach/leader will cater for all paces and abilities. The structure involves a warm up, a 20-25 min main session, and a cool down back to the start.
Wednesday: Social
Location: Bandstand in front of the Co-op in Wadebridge Town Centre.
Time: 18:30
About: The Wednesday Social is our main weekly session. Here we split into 6 different pace groups, ranging from 7 min/mile all the way up to our dedicated Walk/Run group, for 45 minute session.
Sunday: Coastal
Location: Varies weekly, keep an eye on our Facebook page and our website for updates
Time: 09:00
About: The coastal sessions are progressive; meaning we increase the length of the run week-on-week. Every 5-6 weeks we will restart the programme and also change locations to keep things exciting and explore new areas to some of us. Though run at your own pace, it’s a very supportive environment, where runners tend to group together and is a fantastic first step for those looking to dip their toes into the world of trail running.
On top of all of these sessions, we also periodically offer up a Dash-Bash. These runs generally take place within British Summer Time; making the most of the lighter evenings. Held on Friday nights, there’s initially a social run, allowing for all abilities and paces, before regrouping for food and drinks at a nearby local establishment. Announcements for each of these events are posted over on our Facebook group.
