Our Couch to 5K (C25K) plan is designed for beginners and returning runners — with a gentler, smarter progression that’s built to set you up for success.

How it works…

  • 1 weekly coached session

  • Ideally 1-2 extra runs per week, in your own time - maybe even come along on a Wednesday night and join our Walk/Run group?

  • Walking & running intervals with gradual, manageable increases, week on week
